The opportunity: Sephora is the leader in beauty and experiential retail. In order to maintain this position and leapfrog an increasingly competitive category, Mrs&Mr was engaged to develop a future facing Social Media strategy. And to create Sephora’s content and programming slate to guide the brand through 2020 and beyond.
The impact: After unearthing the insights that informed a new vision for social at Sephora, we defined the brand’s strategic blueprint, tone of voice and visual presence across channels. This provided the critical foundation for Mrs&Mr to develop over 25 original and category defining social programmes to drive further engagement, and brand love.
