The opportunity: Marketing for Hershey Kisses had become invisible in a sea of ‘lifestyle’ brands, and the product was losing its place in the hearts and homes of Americans. Our challenge was to reintroduce and transform Kisses for a new generation.

The impact: Inspired by a tour of the Kisses factory, we repositioned the brand to be ‘the most delightful chocolate in America’, putting the spotlight back on the product’s iconic shape and infusing it with personality. The enduring creative platform spawned the brand’s revival and extended to interactive retail experiences, inviting 200,000+ people inside the imaginary factory we first created.
